Vermicular Oven Pot 2 is a pot series made from enamelled cast iron, whose optimised shape reduces material and weight while improving thermal efficiency and cooking results. The lid and pot are processed with a deviation of only 0.01 mm, so precise that the tight seal allows cooking of soups without the need to add water again. Meat can be seared at high temperatures and simultaneously stewed in its own juice. The finished dish is both crispy and juicy.
