SERVICEPLAN GERMANY
Location:
Building the Best Brands
Since its foundation in 1970 as a traditional advertising agency, the Serviceplan Group has united all communication disciplines under one roof: brand strategists, creatives, experience designers, marketing technology experts, CRM experts, data scientists, market researchers, PR consultants and sales professionals – they all pull together here. In the House of Communication, the fully integrated agency model, the precise interaction between the large number of specialised agencies from Strategy & Consulting, Creative & Content, Platform & Technology and Media & Data ensures holistic communication strategies: “What unites us all is our passion for building and coaching fascinating brands. Brands that are economically successful and trigger emotions in the minds of consumers – the best brands.” For Europe’s largest owner- and partner-managed agency group, innovative communication means finding new ways into the hearts of consumers – in terms of content, media and technology. This is practised every day at the House of Communication and is also reflected in the large number of national and international awards. Two extraordinary and socially highly relevant realisations once again underscore the claim to excellent communication.

855-HOW-TO-QUIT-(OPIOIDS)
The goal of this digital campaign is to motivate people with addiction issues to seek treatment. The hotline 855-HOW-TO-QUIT-(OPIOIDS) was created for this purpose. The helpline was introduced through out-of-home (OOH) advertising, social media and film channels with a nationwide integrated campaign.
Space Trash Signs
A web-based observatory shows ten “constellations” of space debris to illustrate the different effects of space pollution with the aim of raising awareness for this problem. All objects consist of point clouds to represent the inevitable fragmentation of the debris.
855-HOW-TO-QUIT-(OPIOIDS)
As the hub of the “855-HOW-TO-QUIT-(OPIOIDS)” campaign, the website uses interactive editorial content to tell the stories of 30 people who have overcome their addictions. It also provides information on how to support the project or find help.
855-HOW-TO-QUIT-(OPIOIDS)
The 855-HOW-TO-QUIT-(OPIOIDS) hotline was set up to help people with addiction issues. The codes on opioid pills are used as phone extensions, connecting callers either to an actual person who has managed to stop taking that particular pill, or to a recording of a former addict’s story.
Every story starts with a Yes
The film “Every story starts with a Yes” speculates about the background stories of various passengers, because travel is always about more than just getting from A to B. At the end of the film, the stories come together, culminating in the message: “Everything starts with a Yes”.
TWELVE – The Magazine for Brands, Media and Communication
The theme of the 2023/2024 edition of the magazine “TWELVE”, which the Serviceplan Group publishes annually, is “Expanding horizons through creativity”. This basic idea is expressed in the visual design, as is the message that everyone is creative.
Space Trash Signs
This digital campaign draws attention to the consequences of pollution in space. Space Trash Signs uses an AI model to identify and visualise ten new space debris “star” constellations with varying impacts. The scenarios are shown in a web-based observatory, in AR apps and as an immersive planetarium experience.
The Überverse – An Immersive Onboarding Experience
New employees of the Serviceplan Group can familiarise themselves with the company through an interactive multiplayer experience in a brand-specific virtual space. By embarking on a playful quest in the u-shaped structure, people learn everything about the group, including its values and convictions.
TWELVE – The Magazine for Brands, Media and Communication
The creative design of the coffee-table magazine “TWELVE” was developed in cooperation with filmmaker and author Hermann Vaske. Based on one of Vaske’s projects, the content is focused on the question, “Why are you creative?” The answers – written or sketched – represent a central theme throughout the magazine.
