In 2016, Serviceplan displayed an especially impressive performance in the Red Dot Award: Communication Design, winning the Red Dot: Agency of the Year title. Florian Haller, Chief Executive Officer of the Serviceplan group, and Alexander Schill, Chief Creative Officer, officially accepted the Stylus challenge cup on 4 November 2016 in Berlin.
