Vermicular Musui-Kamado
The Musui-Kamado combines the Musui, an enamelled cast-iron pot whose precision seal reflects Japanese craftsmanship, with the kamado. The kamado is a countertop induction burner inspired by the traditional Japanese stove. For perfect heat distribution and temperature control, Kamado uses a new heating technology. The innovative device supports various types of cooking such as roasting, searing, slow-cooking, braising, etc. For precise cooking, the temperature can be set between 30 and 95 degrees Celsius in one-degree increments.
Statement by the Jury
