Sound Fit is a wearable device that improves dietary habits through 'crunch effects'. 'Crunch effects' essentially increases satiety by transmitting the sound of chewing food to the brain. If the external sound is louder than the sound of eating, it leads to less satiety and more eating. Sound Fit amplifies the sound of every bite to prevent overeating and eventually, help the user build a healthy eating habit.
