Impulse Cooktop
Magic Cup
Vacuum bottles are widely used, but it so often happens that the insulated liquid remains too hot to drink. Magic Cup provides a solution by combining both a warmer and a cooler function in a bottle. Toggling between the two functions is easy. When the liquid in the bottle is too hot, the user only has to invert the bottle to cool it down. Once the liquid reaches an ideal drinking temperature, return the bottle to its upright position to maintain the drinking temperature.
The secret of the Magic Cup lies in the vacuum interspace. Using a 0.5mm thick stainless steel material enables a two-layer structure to be created through welding and stamping. This creates the vacuum interspace where tiny thermally conductive metal particles to be added. The entire container is placed in a vacuum oven and heated to remove all the air in the interspace before sealing the air inlet. When the bottle is placed upright, the metal particles sink to the bottom to warm the liquid. When the cup is inverted, the metal particles slide into the interspace between the tank and the shell and transmit heat to the shell, which lowers the internal temperature.
Magic Cup is built with an OLED display, MCU chip, NTC temperature sensor and Bluetooth 4.0 device. By connecting the cup to the mobile APP, the user can set the preferred temperature and receive notifications when the temperature reaches the preset number. The Magic Cup reinvents the conventional vacuum bottle to improve its practicality and user experience. Having both a warmer and cooler in a single product also makes this bottle very cost-efficient.
