GUINNESS Nitrosurge is a type of beer dispensing system for non-commercial use that addresses the fact that the high nitrogen content of a Guinness generally requires complex dispensing equipment. It does this by simply placing the compact dispensing device onto the open beer can. When the beer is poured into the glass, a special technology is used to transmit ultrasonic waves through the beer to create nitrogen bubbles that give the beer foam just the right texture.
