Power Strip for Blind People
Press Recording & Tap Speaking
Press Recording & Tap Speaking is a voice-recording power strip for visually impaired people. It addresses the fact that, with the high number of electronic devices in use today, visually impaired individuals have difficulty distinguishing between the different power outlets of congested power strips. The design concept is based on communicating with the power strip. A voice recording button next to each electrical outlet allows users to distinguish between the plugs. The recording and playback of the sound is intuitive thanks to press-and-tap operation.
