The versatile JIU chef’s knife is made in Switzerland and named after the Chinese word for “long-lasting”, as its very sharp stainless steel blade guarantees a long-lasting performance. It comes with a precisely fitting sheath for safe storage. The distinctively etched blade features a dynamic mountain panorama. The non-slip handle, made of high-grade material, rests well in the hand, allowing for comfortable handling even for long periods of time.
