Daydreams
This espresso advertisement communicates the drink’s waking-up effect. With the help of illustrations, it tells stories of daydreams that can be triggered by objects of daily use when one is exhausted. The remedy offered is a cup of espresso. This core message is underlined by the slogan “Bye-bye daydreams”. The typography, which looks handwritten, harmonises with the ad’s illustration style. The distinct background colours were chosen to match the different labels of the product.
