The Z-smart 03 intelligent surveillance camera combines a light-sensitive camera module with a ring-shaped light in a compact lens tube made of recycled aluminium. The light generates the illumination required to accurately identify people and can also flash as an alarm signal. A smartphone app is used for transferring the data to the intelligent IoT platform for further analysis. The jury liked the simple elegance of the design that enables the inconspicuous camera to blends in anywhere and reduce the unease sometimes associated with surveillance cameras.
