Wonderful Day in Guihou

The port of Guihou, which is in the Wanli District, is known for its crabs. Nevertheless, it runs the risk of gradually passing into oblivion. This is what the work “Wonderful Day in Guihou” wants to help to prevent. It consists of artfully designed packagings, kept in blue, orange and white, for fishery products. The various boxes, glasses and cans stand out for their illustrations, which come across as hand-painted, depicting marine animals and harbour scenes. Details such as a carrying bag, which is reminiscent of a fishing net, serve as direct references to fishery.
