Sometimes things go more quickly than expected – that is what Volkswagen Liquid Service promises its customers who need to have their engine oil changed, or their coolants, oil and fluid levels checked immediately. In an integrated campaign, commercials tailored to the target group address fleet customers, commercial vehicle customers, private customers and the younger generation. With situational humour, the individual commercials portray the customers’ surprise about the speed of service. The campaign was supposed to be run for two years and include four different commercials as well as accompanying online banners, social media coverage and POS posters.
