The Ultima cookware series features an innovative cover system. Different positions of the lid allow the closing of the cookware to suit individual needs: hermetically sealed for quickly warming up food, or in a slightly opened position to release steam and prevent boiling-over. For straining water, the lid is securely fixed in a third position. After opening the pot, it can be placed onto the handle in an upright position, which allows condensed water to run back into the pot.
