SMART-E

With the SMART-E, the aim was to develop a compact electric grill that achieves the flavour of a classic barbecue with the convenience, speed and performance of an electric system. In the design process, top priority was given to ease of use. Accordingly, the temperature can be adjusted using a large, digital operating element with coloured indicator lights. The arrangement of the constituent parts and the ergonomics of the device are also geared towards the user. According to the jury, the SMART-E’s asymmetric lines and distinct colour scheme contribute to “a striking overall appearance which conveys contemporary quality standards”.
