Sapiens

Sapiens is a shop for upcycled products founded in response to a global environmental crisis. According to the business philosophy, the environment must not be perceived as something separate from humankind. The branding visualises this aspiration by carefully interlocking letters and frame lines of the logo with the background. The sub-symbol of a staircase is used to emphasise the aspect of progress, while the brand name, as part of the Latin term “Homo sapiens” (wise man), highlights the value of reason. The colour palette is inspired by the elements of water, earth, fire and air to further enhance the sustainable consumption concept.

Red Dot
