The S1 travel toothbrush comes with a compact charger and uses ultrasonic technology with three modes – gentle, strong and super strong – that can be quickly selected at the touch of a button. The stiffer outer bristles of the brush head are for cleaning stains, while the softer inner bristles provide routine dental care. In addition, there is a tongue cleaner on the back of the brush. The protective housing is a charging station and UV disinfection unit in one. The jury described the S1 as “a very elegant set with a well-thought-out range of functions”.
