The premium Primetime 55 skis convinced the jury with a new technology and design philosophy that promises bringing back fun, joy, and playfulness to on-piste carving. With the Power Match Technology, the construction of the ski is matched to how the skier transfers power to the snow, enabling precise and, at the same time, playful turns. The inner and outer edges feature different thicknesses, providing stability and grip, as well as improved manoeuvrability. “The goal in developing the ski was to increase performance on the slope and give resort skiers the best possible skiing experience,” said the jury, who also praised the use of sustainable materials and use of energy from renewable sources in production.
