The Naso Room Manager is a device that can be mounted outside meeting rooms to organise bookings. The system uses three status colours to show whether a room is vacant or occupied and whether it is possible to check in for the current meeting. The graphical user interface has a clear and unambiguous design, allowing the user to make new entries or rebook via easy-to-understand user controls on the touchscreen display.

This booking system has a nice, simplistic design and makes room booking much easier. Thanks to its intuitive user interface, it is also easy to use.
