Magnetime

MagneTime is a table clock which consists of two parts: a suspended sphere that represents the universe, and a surrounding ring that symbolises the gateway of time. It is inspired by the mysterious fourth dimension of time as well as the sense of weightlessness brought about by the suspended sphere. In both form and function, MagneTime differentiates itself from all other clocks. Using a magnetic suspension system, the sphere hovers in the air without any support. The clock hands are displayed using light. The clock is Wi-Fi enabled and connects to an app which allows you to set the time. Red Dot Award: Design Concept | Concept | Interior Design Elements
