IP20 Recruiting Video Chatbot
Developed by digital agency Interactive Pioneers, this unique video chatbot aims to map the core values of the agency and to attract both job applicants and customers alike. The chatbot adds the component of moving images to the traditional text-based chatbot in that it features agency founder Carlo Matic personally introducing his company, which gives users an authentic encounter with the agency. A simple input field at the beginning invites users to ask anything they want to know about Interactive Pioneers. The chatbot then launches an interactive video dialogue. However, instead of using static texts like a traditional chatbot, the videobot AI plays back pre-recorded answers from a pool of 120 videos that have been recorded to answer the most frequently asked questions of the past 20 years. Special highlights include the option of voice input, as well as the hidden live chat which allows the agency to jump into a conversation unbeknown to users and answer questions in place of the bot. As a result, some users experience particularly personalised discussions, while the agency demonstrates its core competencies.

This recruiting video chatbot embodies an excellent example of an audiovisual experience and, more than that, visualises technological advances in direct contact with both the public and the target group. Personally addressed in an unprecedented manner, they get exactly the information that they asked for. Brilliant and engaging, this work has been realised at a very high level and in a congenial way.
