Girls Like Me
Sophia Floersch is a young racing driver and the new brand ambassador for Schaeffler, a leading industrial and automotive supplier. This message is visualised with powerful, dynamic images and corresponding, explosive sound design. The film itself takes the audience on a fast-paced rollercoaster ride and lets them experience how hard Sophia trains and works out on the factory floor, how she gives everything energetically and uncompromisingly. Fearlessly she races and even shakes off a dramatic accident in which her car is flung through the air and she injures several vertebrae. It is the story of a young woman who goes her own way, courageously and passionately. Crafted in a contemporary style, the film thus also promotes the company, which is clearly committed to equality and diversity, as one that is breaking new ground. Accompanied by an Instagram and press campaign, the film aims to motivate women to stand up and show their skills.
