FOOTICE addresses the health impacts of prolonged sitting with real-time posture monitoring and adjustment through simple foot positioning while seated. The footrest is integrated with a desktop app that communicates posture information via UI colour and tilt changes. Regular notifications prompt periodic posture checks and corrections. Prioritising user experience, FOOTICE fosters healthy habits to maintain spinal health.
