The screwed installation of protruding or uneven wooden structures in the anchoring base of windows and doors is made more difficult if the screw head moves out of the installation piece again during fine adjustment. The FAFS adjustment screw remedies this by means of a clip that holds it in place flush with the surface. The PowerFast II screw with its optimised thread grips quickly and is easy to use. The thread of the concentric clip is larger and allows it to be removed if necessary. The clip fixes the screw head during fine adjustment. “So much effective sophistication saves time and makes building easier,” the jury found.
