In e-plegona, two players create music together by sending and catching notes, naturally syncing through the pleasure and emotions that arise. Resembling jazz improvisation, it fosters a unique brain state known as ‘team flow’. This interaction challenges modern technology and shows that rich emotional experiences can arise from physical activities, highlighting the importance of human connection in a digital age.
