The Butterfly Coach app constitutes a digital personal trainer that gets to know every user individually – implementing a fun and functional design to keep them motivated. Integrating AI and smart data, it evaluates users’ needs based on feedback, sets goals and defines over 50 other parameters. Just like with a real personal trainer, every workout is different and individually generated. In addition to strength and relaxation exercises, nutrition tips are provided. Conceived like a chat between friends challenging each other, the app learns and adapts to the needs of the user, while also giving advice and providing motivation through points and trophies.
