Beddit 3 is a sleep tracker that cooperates with the corresponding app on an iPhone, iPad or smartwatch. It consists of a thin, soft sensor that is simply placed under the bed sheet and plugged into the wall’s electric socket. There is nothing to wear or to charge. The sensor automatically recognises when a person lies down and starts the recording of sleep-related data. It measures sleep duration and efficiency, heart rate, pulse, movement, breathing, snoring as well as the bedroom environment’s temperature and humidity. Thus, it provides a full record of the night.
