“Das Tagebuch der Transformation” (journal of transformation) is a compact book which describes the transformation undergone by specialist electronics retailer Alexander Bürkle as part of its development into a technology service provider. Based on the motto “Denk quer” (think outside the box), the tools, the milestones and the results of the company’s development are presented. The special publication was supposed to be seen as an invitation to continue, to stay involved and to discover the new. It was also part of a broad internal and external communication campaign accompanying the transformation. The editorial concept combines information with fun in order to inspire and motivate the employees and partners for constant change.
