Akbank Mobile is a finance app that provides a new perspective in terms of a social, smart, future-proof and rewarding experience in traditional banking. It sets out to speak the users’ language by featuring contact thumbnails, simplified actions, and phrases and concepts that are familiar to them, rather than being based on system-oriented terms. In a human-first approach, with a personalised area on the main page, the app offers users a convenient overview to ease their financial tasks and reduce stress. The AI engine thereby gives smart insights, and users can also share their feedback and needs directly with the bank.
