OTTO Crafted Korn

This packaging design for OTTO von Schrot & Korn focuses on the development of a contemporary premium grain schnapps brand targeted at younger, urban customers. In order to stay strongly rooted in the tradition of the umbrella brand, the concept tells the story of the famously bold German statesman Otto von Bismarck. The adding of historic details in both design and copy, as well as the highlighting of the palindrome of the name Otto, is intended to impart a sense of value. In addition, every label features high-quality hot-stamped copper illustrations and is carefully dated and numbered by hand.
