Established in 2021, the User Experience Center of the Midea Building Technology Institute consists of a team of 19 individuals with various areas of expertise and specialisation ranging from UI and UX design to brand and project management. The different perspectives of the individual members enable the team to find unique design solutions and drive efficient digitalisation processes. In general, the team applies the principles of order, openness and sustainability in everything it does.

Midea Meiju App is a smart life service platform which can access to all of Midea's smart home appliances and devices and also those which join the ecological chain. As the official mobile terminal of Midea Group, it has over 32 million users.
SENCE Smart Faucet
The SENCE smart faucet is an intelligent double faucet with an integrated water purifier. Users can switch between purified and domestic water freely by rotating the knob. SENCE filters harmful substances in the water and retains traces of beneficial minerals to bring users a healthy drinking experience.
Midea Super 3 Integrated Cooker Control Module
The Super 3 Integrated Stove control module is the control center of the stove, through which the user can separately control the smoker, stove and steaming oven. It has a number of smart menu programs built in to help users cook quickly. At the same time it can be controlled remotely through an app.
