XingXing
The brand identity of XingXing, an e-scooter sharing service, reflects the value of safety as well as speed and convenience. The visual language was designed to be highly visible, while also considering safety standards and the sustainability of this means of transport. The logo consists of multiple oblique strokes to intuitively express the name, which is taken from the Korean word “xingxing” that mimics the sound of moving fast. It also reflects the cityscape and the speed of passing by on a scooter. The combination of yellow and black, which is commonly used to emphasise safety and high visibility such as on safety signs, lends the identity a striking effect.
