Verkada Intercom TD52

The Verkada Intercom TD52 ensures access control with a 1080p video camera mounted at eye level, imaging a field of view of 130 degrees horizontally and 100 degrees vertically. It can detect movement, recognise faces and identify people of particular interest. Two omnidirectional microphones and a loudspeaker allow communication with people seeking entry, even in high winds and with street noise. As a result, the person monitoring the door can make informed decisions about whether to grant access. The jury liked the fact that all functions are performed by the device itself and therefore do not require a server, network connection or external service providers.
