Uncompleted Protest Guidance
In democracies, freedom of speech and of assembly are essential for enabling people to express their views. Highly sculptural in its design, this project, consisting of four sets of two books, mainly addresses the topics of demonstrations, work, elections and religion. The social movement is illustrated in a humorous way and presented in the form of two-fold booklets that can be opened out to let opposing viewpoints face each other. There is no right or wrong. What matters is respect for different perspectives and ways of thinking as well as human diversity.
