Taoyuan Good Pond

Taoyuan is an area with little groundwater, so ponds to store rainwater have been built since ancient times. However, today the ponds are severely threatened by urban development and pollution. Taoyuan Good Pond was created to highlight the value of the ponds. The visual identity is implemented in various applications ranging from posters and animations to promotional giveaways. Simplified tadpole-like figures are introduced to represent the ecosystem of a pond. Equally appealing and self-explanatory, the main colour turquoise conveys the beauty of clean water.
