This smart device combines the functions of all infrared remote controls scattered around the house. A smart speaker allows for voice control of domestic appliances which can also be operated from outside the home via smartphone. Curtains can be set to open with a “good morning” greeting, for instance, or the air conditioning can be turned on before the owner gets home to ensure a pleasant temperature upon arrival. This universal remote control has an inconspicuous, classic design and therefore blends into any interior.
