Ratchet Grater

This ratchet grater is particularly fast in grinding cheese: just open the drop door to the magazine, fill in the cheese and move the ratchet handle back and forth. A spring coil holds the cheese which, at the same time, is pressed onto the stainless steel grating cylinder that starts rotating when the lever is actuated. This kitchen utensil not only grates cheese but also chocolate or ginger. The grater is suitable for left- and right-handers.
