The OPPO A96 is an ultralight smartphone designed specifically for a younger target group. The flat profile is just 7.49 mm thick, while the device weighs only 170 grams. In addition, a matt-finish camera unit with symmetrical lens arrangement breaks with the conventional rear camera set-up and gives the device an optical balance. Two illuminated rings wrap around the edges of the two camera lenses and create an effect reminiscent of auroras. An etched glass pattern gives the rear a lively look.
