NOSIGNER – Reason behind Forms

“Reason behind Forms”, an exhibition in Tokyo, Japan, stems from the perspective that “design is the biology of objects”. It places the focal point on the reason why design is born and studies the subject of “design” by observing the process of how natural phenomena produce form. Relating design processes and natural phenomena by defining their likenesses and differences has led to a deeper understanding of the creative processes and a search for possibilities to further improve design work. The exhibition itself is characterised by exciting ideas like graphics that meld similar patterns of nature together using lenticular printing.
