Travelling through the whole of Japan, this promotional exhibition staged the variety of the “mt” masking tapes through presentations at unusual locations and in public space to raise attention. The promotional concept of the exhibition held in Hiroshima thus also included the tram that runs between Hiroshima’s main station and the actual exhibition space at the city’s harbour. The tram was decorated both on the outside and inside, with tape rolls for instance hanging down from the compartment ceilings. Thus passengers who were not yet aware of the product were also led to the exhibition.
