Monitoring Risk Tracker

The Monitoring Risk Tracker is an integrated monitoring platform designed to support IT system monitoring operators who are in charge of managing complex back-end systems such as servers, networks or databases. Although invisible to end users, a stable back-end system is highly essential, as it is the basis for providing a sustainable e-business. In order to solve system issues quickly and to maintain stability, the design solutions include troubleshooting flow, full-stack view and tactic knowledge visualisation.
