It is also essential to consider ecology and economy to an equal extent, and to take consumer preferences and use cases into account. The Meadow Daisy Top packaging system unites all of these aspects in a coherent and clever way. manufactured.design achieved this by using a familiar format and an already available and endlessly recyclable raw material – aluminium. The creative team developed this circular plastic packaging for the cosmetics and personal care industry, which has so far mainly used plastic packaging. Thanks to the Meadow Daisy Top, a refill concept based on a conventional beverage can is now available. The innovative cap is connected to a pump dispenser, where it audibly clicks into place to confirm correct use. Market research test subjects commended this audible feedback, the convenient, effortless handling and the familiar shape of a beverage can. However, Meadow Daisy Top also offers numerous advantages to the companies that opt to use it. Firstly, they can rely on an existing production technology and, secondly, the raw material for the packaging is readily available. The cans and pump dispensers are customisable for corporate branding, and various finishing options offer scope for special editions. Last but not least, circularity is guaranteed because there are established collection systems for aluminium cans, which shortens the changeover process for companies and simplifies the lives of consumers. “Meadow Daisy Top is a fantastic, holistic packaging system with a very elegant, reusable dispenser.
