FIT Platform
FIT’s name derives from a key aspect of its solutions: the flexible scalability of modular systems. The letters F, I, and T are anagrammed in many ways, such as ‘Future Innovation Team’ and ‘Future IT’, and the word ‘fit’ intuitively highlights the product’s speciality in creating user-centric spaces.
FIT PLATFORM continually evolves the spatial environment. It is a user-centric, customisable space infrastructure that adapts flexibly to technological changes. The process actively reforms to respond closely to changes while maintaining high energy efficiency through advanced technologies.
Modularising and placing the building infrastructure on the outer skin promotes spatial innovation. FIT cartridges, advanced architectural, and ICT technologies installed on the FIT frame are easy to maintain and upgrade; the infrastructure can be changed according to the use of the space. Connected by a single cloud system, FIT automatically optimises the indoor environment based on external environmental data.
By incorporating technologies like multifunctional double skin and solar radiation control devices, and utilising ICT infrastructure for integrated building control, FIT PLATFORM reduces energy consumption by 30%. This ready-made solution simplifies processes, enabling carbon reduction. With MEP functions moved to the exterior, FIT provides a flexible spatial configuration, enhancing productivity.
