BOSCH Series 8 Accent Line Built-in Vacuum Drawer with three function levels was specially developed for the sous-vide cooking method. It has a capacity of eight litres and is easy to open and close thanks to a smooth push-and-pull mechanism. The appliance achieves a vacuum of 99 per cent, which is also suitable for preserving food. With the aid of the vacuum bags, for example, ready-made dishes can be sealed. “With its clean appearance, the product represents a harmonious addition to other appliances in the series,” said the jury.
