Public Installation
Behind Locked Doors
Created in cooperation with the company Preciosa Lighting, this installation in the foyer of the Emperor’s Palace in Vienna during the Art & Antique fair aims at carrying the viewer off to an entirely new world. It was conceived to appear like an abandoned place in order to demonstrate what happens when people are no longer there and organised structure begins to fall apart. Visitors were thus invited to follow their childish instincts and satisfy their curiosity of wanting to look behind every door as an emotional experience that occurs entirely without curatorial guidance.
