The BCI Rehabilitation & Evaluation System supports patients with neurological disorders to train their hand motor skills. It consists of a robot glove worn on one hand and a compact control unit equipped with a transport handle. The glove is made of elastic textile fabric without annoying seams and is available in different sizes. The jury rated “the high wearing comfort of the glove as an important aspect of its sophisticated functionality.” Moreover, “the cross-material implementation of a uniform design language of glove and control unit can be considered very successful.”
