The remote controls of the AVE Series share several common features, including an intuitive button layout, a slender profile and a distinctively raised D-pad. The CONTEXTUAL AVE, with its smart backlighting, is able to display different ranges of buttons depending on the context of use. The ECO AVE and COMPACT AVE dispense with the use of rubber, inks and coatings, and the SOLAR AVE integrates a Powerfoyle solar cell. “The elegant appearance of the remote controls, with their matt shimmering, finely textured bioplastics, anchors the series in the premium segment,” said the jury. “The sustainable approach to manufacturing is also impressive.”
