The ASUS Zenbook S 13 OLED UX5304 is a very thin and lightweight laptop focusing on high mobility and comprehensive utility. The most striking design feature is the casing lid which is subdivided by geometric shapes. This convinced the jury: “It gives the laptop an independent character and is a successful reminiscence of the Zen tradition.” Materials made of robust alloys, also suitable for aerospace applications, provide the necessary structural stability. To give the surface of the case a warm ceramic structure, it was processed by plasma electrolytic oxidation.
