As one of the leading paper producers, Arjowiggins Creative Papers has a special publication designed every year for the catalogue of the FIAC art fair in Paris. In 2016, the task was to draw up a concept giving each of the 10,000 bookmark copies an individual motif. In order to prepare this, an oversized mood board was developed, with single illustrations dealing typographically with subjects from literature to art and design. Then, using HP SmartStream Mosaic technology, the individual, strongly focused motifs were extracted and printed on the bookmarks where carefully selected quotes from artists were added. The reverse side stands for the brand Arjowiggins and shows one of nine high-quality papers in an almost blank state.
