Arcloud is an urban development project, located east of Seoul, which considers aspects of living, learning, shopping and recreation, among others. The ground-level spaces, adjacent to green areas and a mall, are characterised by a cloud-shaped, transparent structure built in a lightweight manner. This connects open space and architecture, thus enhancing recognition value. The structure is meant to resemble a floating cloud that moves through the district. In darkness, it becomes an atmospheric light sculpture.
